Well that’s kind of what people expect when reading about a holiday resort. And no doubt we get all three here, it’s just there is more to do in Brighton, things residents and visitors share: sun, sea and sport.
Yes, well, sorry to disappoint. If you wanted to read tales of hedonism and party-going check back in a couple of days, because we like to party too! But for now, open your mind, and check out the wind and the waves.
All of a sudden the promenade is alive: Londoners hung over and zapped by the light, locals zig-zagging the crowds, and families and kids filling up the beaches. This town has so much on offer now the sun has returned.
However, there is more to do than laze in the (slight) warmth. How about kayaking? simple for beginners; or windsurfing? made easier if you take your lessons on Hove Lagoon. And if you want to get around and get fit, you can hire bikes all over town.
So what are you waiting for? The sun could go as quick as it arrives, so check out these links to sports clubs and hire places.
