Driving here is usually just the start of weekends in Brighton: the closer you get to the sea, the more your mates start playing up, and revving up for a night out.
Well, fans of the track will be pleased to hear they can stay at a Brighton B&B then make their way to a brand new go-kart course setting up near the city.
The design was picked from entries to a competition run by TeamSportUK who are building tracks all over the UK -so don’t expect the round-and-around or boring figure of 8 set-up.
Penned by Rob McGeown from Horsham – I think he gets to drive for free – this is a multi-level track with a ‘Monaco-style tunnel’ and a capacity for 12 karts – location tbc.
Ready to open on October 22nd the organisers are taking advance bookings and it’s probably wise to get ahead of the crowd.
With top speeds of 45mph the karts should thrill without the spills, and definitly add something special to hen and stag weekends in Brighton – you just know the stag parties are going to be queing up around the block for this one!
