If you’re arriving in Brighton for the first time this weekend you are in for a pleasant surprise: it’s Pride 2010! Brighton celebrates all sexualities, and from today you will really see them all, because it’s ’showtime’!

If you are looking to book hotel rooms in Brighton for the end of this month, get ready for a treat.
You might have heard that Brighton is a gay-friendly town? Well, starting on the 21st July is Pride 2010. So be ready for perhaps the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bi- and transgender) community’s biggest, boldest, and at times, brashest party of the year.
It’s Pride 2010: A chance for everyone who takes part to celebrate the freedom to express themselves, as themselves.
If you have any scruples, we suggest leaving them at home. Look past the lycra-clad and thong-strapped Adonis’s (they will be there) and take in the atmosphere; this is a celebration for the whole city.
